Slow Flow
Slow Flow is a slower paced class with a flow and sun salutations. Class has a balance of strength building poses, slow movement and relaxing stretches. You will leave strengthened, stretched and relaxed. The instructor will make the class accessible for people new to yoga and those with more experience.

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow: This flow will build strength and flexibility and cultivate stillness in your body and mind. It is a slightly faster paced class linking breathe and movement with a fair amount of physical effort.
Individuals can vary their effort to honor their bodies. ​​​​

Yoga Chill & Gentle Flow
This is a gentle class, with a subtle flow that will ground you, stretch your body and activate a sense of relaxation. Take a break from the daily hustle and find respite in slow rhythmic movement and longer yin style holds. Appropriate for those new to yoga and the more experienced yoga practitioner looking for a gentle flow and relaxation.​
Gentle Yoga for All Bodies
Gentle yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative practice that is nurturing and relaxing. Perfect for those looking for a gentle class, who may be recovering from injuries or new to yoga. The combination of mindful movement and breathwork will leave you feeling refreshed and your body will thank you. All sizes, abilities, and ages are welcome. Adaptations for poses will be available and students will have the option to use a chair. No previous yoga experience necessary.

Vinyasa Strength Flow
Strength Vinyasa combines yoga with strength training. Building heat and energy with sun salutations and then using light hand weights during different yoga postures to build stronger bones, strengthen and tone muscles.
Individuals can vary their effort to honor their bodies

Ashtanga Led Primary Series
Ashtanga Yoga is a vigorous yoga practice with a set series of postures and it's roots in Mysore India. The led class will introduce students to postures from the "primary series". The series starts with sun salutations and keeps that level of energy throughout the practice. The practice increase endurance and flexibility. It's helpful to have had previous yoga experience for this series. Ashtanga yoga often includes hands on adjustment in postures. Please let the instructor know if you prefer not to receive adjustments.
Mysore Style Ashtanga
Mysore style is the practice of Ashtanga yoga at your own pace with individualized guidance from the instructor which includes teaching the sequence and hands-on adjustments. Students may arrive anytime during the class and practice for the amount of time that works for their individual practice. Ashtanga Yoga is a vigorous yoga practice with a set series of postures and it's roots in Mysore India. Mysore style allows the instructor to teach parts of the sequence at your own pace slowly increasing endurance and flexibility.
Yoga for Larger Bodies Series
Yoga for Larger Bodies is a body-affirming yoga practice designed for folks of every size, shape, and ability. If you ever felt too intimidated to enter a yoga studio due to your body size or felt that yoga wasn't designed for your body, then this class series is for you. During our 60-minute gentle yoga practice, you will discover ways to create a yoga practice that works for you and learn mindfulness techniques to reduce anxiety and stress.

Purely Restorative Yoga & Massage
A dreamy and supportive restorative practice that offers massage while you are in the postures. Restorative postures will be held for 10-20 minutes with invitations of support from yoga props. This will be a quiet practice with music, meant to deeply relax the body, mind and spirit. Massage will be done in postures intuitively for each person to allow for deep release and restoration. Some places that may be targeted are the neck, shoulders, back, hips, hands and feet. ​
