Thai Bodywork with Nei

What Is Thai Bodywork?

Thai bodywork is a traditional healing practice rooted in Thai medicine. You’ll rest on a comfortable mat while the practitioner gently stretches, mobilizes, and applies pressure to the body in slow, intentional movements. Clients remain fully clothed in comfortable attire, allowing for ease of movement and relaxation.

With training in yoga, Thai massage, acupuncture, and holistic therapies, Nei creates a nurturing space where your body can reset, your energy can flow more freely, and your mind can find calm. Whether you’re seeking relief from tension, improved mobility, or a moment to reconnect with yourself, Thai bodywork offers a restorative experience tailored to your needs.

Benefits of Thai Bodywork

  • Relieves muscle tension and stiffness

  • Encourages deeper release in tight areas through slow, supported stretches and targeted pressure.

  • Improves mobility and flexibility
The rhythmic, guided movements help open joints and lengthen muscles without strain.

  • Enhances relaxation and reduces stress
Mindful touch and steady breathing promote a parasympathetic “rest and restore” response.

  • Supports natural energy flow
Acupressure techniques help clear stagnation and cultivate a greater sense of vitality.

  • Promotes better posture and alignment
Gentle structural work encourages the body to realign and move with more ease.

  • Complements other healing modalities
Sessions may incorporate cupping or acupuncture for deeper therapeutic support.

  • Nourishes overall well-being
Clients often leave feeling grounded, spacious, and more connected to their bodies.
