Service Description
Sun salutations are at the heart of many yoga classes—but they can feel confusing or rushed in a group setting. This one-on-one session offers the time and space to break down each part of the sequence, including plank, downward dog, chaturanga, and upward dog. We’ll focus on alignment, strength, and mobility while also helping you learn how to modify and individualize each posture for your body. Together, we’ll find variations that feel supportive, sustainable, and effective for you. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how to practice these postures—and the confidence to move through them with more ease in class.
