Gentle Yoga + Yoga Nidra

Service Description
Join Mary for a deeply nourishing and restorative gentle yoga and yoga nidra practice. We’ll begin with slower paced mindful movement designed to release tension followed by a 30 minute yoga nidra meditation. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, also known as the sleep of the yogi, that promotes complete rest and relaxation. Some benefits of yoga nidra include reduced stress and anxiety and improved sleep. No previous yoga experience required - all are welcome.

Cancellation Policy
Workshops/Series/Sound Bath/Restorative Yoga and Massage/Yoga for Larger Bodies/Intro to Yoga and other workshops require cancellations to be at least 24 hours in advance for a refund. Please email The Yoga Room to cancel at info@northsidecenter.net if you are outside of the 24 hours before the session. If you are cancelling 24 hours in advance cancel the registration in your account and you will receive the refund. Thank you!
